ExamsReady privacy
Updated 5 November 2026. This notice covers ExamsReady at examsready.pro, a Cillex Apps certification study service.
Account and study information
We store your name, email address, password hash when you create an email account, account recovery hash, preferences, question attempts, saved questions and mock-exam results. This information keeps your study progress available across visits.
Community boards
Posts, remembered questions, answer explanations and comments you submit in the Community section are public to other visitors along with your display name and submission timestamp. Do not post confidential material or personal contact information.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email and basic profile name to create or sign in to your ExamsReady account. ExamsReady does not request Gmail, Drive or calendar access. We do not retain Google access or refresh tokens. Google’s consent screen may identify the service as Cillex Apps.
Cookies and hosting
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the Google sign-in flow. ExamsReady does not include advertising trackers. Hosting security logs may contain IP addresses and request details.
Retention and requests
Account and study records are retained to provide your saved progress. Session cookies expire after 30 days. Contact cillexsolutions@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. Backup copies may remain until the hosting backup retention period ends.
Study-content generation
The content refresher works with study sources. It does not send learner account records or answers to the question-generation model.
